As the ESL Program Manager, you will take charge of our ESL programs in Durban, driving curriculum development, teacher training, and student engagement strategies. Your expertise in language education will enable us to provide enriching experiences to our learners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and refine ESL curriculum and instructional methods.
• Conduct teacher evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

• Budget management for ESL resources and instructional materials.
• Collaborate with administration to ensure alignment with institutional goals.
• Host professional development workshops for educators.
• Evaluate student assessments to improve learning outcomes.

• Promote a positive learning environment within the ESL classrooms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in ESL program management or related educational roles
