Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Social Media Manager to spearhead our digital marketing efforts in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement techniques, and content strategy. Your role will entail developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand's presence and connect with our audience on various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the implementation of social media campaigns.
  • Create high-quality multimedia content that attracts and engages audiences.
  • Engage in community conversations and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Integrate customer feedback into social media practices.

  • Identify and build relationships with key industry influencers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar fields
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
