• Lead the planning and design of infrastructure projects from conception to completion.

• Collaborate with local governments and regulatory bodies on compliance issues.
• Mentor and guide team members to improve skills and project outcomes.
• Evaluate and recommend materials and technologies for projects.
• Research and apply innovative engineering solutions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant building codes and regulations.
• Compile and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of project bids and contracts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• Hydraulic Engineering

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Team Player

Certifications

• Civil Engineering Registration
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with structural design software: Hands-on experience with structural analysis and design tools.
• Familiarity with environmental impact assessments: Knowledge of conducting environmental assessments for civil projects.
