Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in production and propose solutions.
• Develop process flow diagrams and documentation.
• Implement automation tools to enhance production efficiency.
• Lead cross-departmental projects to improve operations.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets.
• Review and adjust engineering designs as necessary.
• Engage with customers for feedback on product quality.
• Support the introduction of new technologies into production.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Data Visualization Tools

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
