Corporate Finance Analyst

Job Description

As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will contribute to our financial health by analyzing and interpreting financial data for strategic projects. The successful candidate will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and presenting findings to our management team, helping to shape our financial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in developing business plans and financial strategies.
• Evaluate financial performance and advise management on potential improvements.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual vs. projected finances.
• Maintain communication with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis or corporate finance roles
