Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to drive improvements across all facets of the operation.

Responsibilities

• Direct logistics management, from procurement to distribution.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Conduct detailed analysis of supply chain performance metrics.
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues promptly.
• Train and mentor supply chain team members.
• Enhance supply chain processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare budget forecasts and manage supply chain expenses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role with proven experience

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Management Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
