Job Description

As a Strap Cutting Machine Operator, you will be pivotal in our manufacturing processes, ensuring accurate cutting of straps to specified lengths. We seek candidates with hands-on experience operating strap cutting machines and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate strap cutting machines for efficient operation.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure machine readiness.
• Implement quality checks to maintain product standards.
• Work with production supervisors to improve operational efficiency.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on machinery and processes.
• Document and report any machine malfunctions to the management.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in manufacturing processes is an advantage

Experience

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within manufacturing.

Languages
