Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling inquiries and providing support to our customers across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and customer requests.
  • Identify and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts within the customer service team.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-4 years of prior customer service experience
