Job Description

We are on the hunt for a passionate Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in ensuring optimal guest satisfaction in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Evaluate and improve existing food products.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer needs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source quality ingredients.
  • Ensure all products meet health and safety regulations.
  • Write comprehensive reports on project progress and outcomes.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on newly developed products.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and food safety practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a relevant discipline
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the food industry
