Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Adjuster to manage and evaluate insurance claims. Your role will involve assessing claims, conducting investigations, and liaising with clients to ensure a smooth process. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of insurance policies and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess claims for accuracy while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Gather necessary documentation from various sources to support claims.
• Investigate claims by conducting on-site evaluations if necessary.
• Draft thorough reports detailing claims findings and recommendations.
• Maintain meticulous records of all claims activities and communications.
• Engage with legal teams for complex claims requiring additional scrutiny.
• Train junior staff on claims processes and best practices.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve claim-related issues promptly.
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Support quarterly training sessions to keep staff informed on new policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance or Risk Management
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in claims management or related roles

Certifications

• Fellow of the Insurance Institute (FII)

Languages
