First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers

Job Description

The First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our heating team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of production processes and the ability to drive efficiency while ensuring safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate production schedules and resource allocation.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed by production staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and quality control teams.
• Develop strategies for reducing downtime and maintaining production flow.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with heating equipment.
• Participate in cross-training of team members to enhance versatility.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

Certifications

• Certifications in Process Control or Industrial Automation

Languages

• English: Fluent
