The Supply Management Specialist will play a key role in managing and enhancing our supply chain operations, ensuring that our procurement processes are optimal and our supplier relationships are robust. Responsibilities

• Streamline procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain comprehensive records.
• Implement sustainable sourcing practices in line with company values.
• Work closely with finance and sales teams for budget alignment.
• Negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Utilize data analytics to predict supply chain disruptions.
• Conduct regular training for team members on best practices in procurement.
• Ensure that suppliers meet quality and sustainability standards.
• Develop contingency plans for potential supply chain interruptions.
• Lead initiatives to improve overall procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Honours degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• MBA is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in procurement or supply chain management

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Certifications

• CPIM
• CPSM

Languages

• English: Fluent
