We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing, with a proven ability to drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and goals.
• Create and manage a content calendar to organize marketing efforts.
• Implement A/B testing for campaigns to improve effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging tools and technologies.
• Conduct competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies.
• Work with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field
• MBA in Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on content and social media
