Job Description

As a Pediatric Associate, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality healthcare to children. You will conduct evaluations, diagnose conditions, and provide effective treatment plans, ensuring the health and wellness of our patients. Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting physical examinations and assessments.
  • Provide preventative care and health education for families.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Participate in community outreach programs focused on child health.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff members in the clinic.
  • Ensure compliance with medical standards and practices.
  • Review laboratory results and make informed clinical decisions.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training.
  • Advocate for children's health policies within the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Medical degree (MBChB or equivalent)
  • Specialization in Pediatrics preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Pediatrician or Pediatric Associate.
