Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization adheres to security guidelines and regulations. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance processes, conducting audits, and implementing security measures to safeguard sensitive data. This position requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.).
• Conduct internal and external compliance assessments.
• Develop and conduct compliance training for employees.
• Report on compliance status and areas for improvement.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
• Maintain records of compliance activities and findings.
• Support the preparation of compliance documentation for audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or relevant field
• Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are highly desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity compliance roles
