Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage and process payroll for our employees in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and compliance with all local regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll processing, including invoices and expense reports.
  • Conduct audits of payroll to verify accuracy.
  • Communicate with employees regarding payroll issues.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure they are up to date.
  • Prepare financial reports related to payroll expenses.
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities, including tax reporting.
  • Train new staff on payroll processes and software.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience
  • 3+ years of payroll administration experience.
