Job Description

Join our team as a Human Resources Manager, where you will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business goals. Your role will include overseeing recruitment, performance management, and staff development, as well as promoting a culture of inclusivity and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the performance management process across the organization.
  • Assist in creating and managing a budget for HR activities.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.
  • Evaluate training programs and improve employee onboarding experiences.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and employment standards.
  • Foster relationships within the local community for recruitment and partnerships.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a similar role with a focus on strategic HR management
