Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product selections, and driving sales in our East London retail location. Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist with product selection.
• Maintain an attractive store layout and merchandising display.
• Communicate promotions and sales events to customers.
• Assist in managing customer loyalty programs.
• Coordinate with delivery and supply teams for stock accuracy.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences to improve inventory.
• Help maintain safety and security protocols in the store.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Retail or Sales Management is preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in retail or sales

Technical Skills

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Product Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
