Join our Durban team as an IT Support Technician! You will play a vital role in managing and supporting our IT infrastructure. You will assist staff with hardware and software issues, ensure system security, and conduct regular maintenance checks. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person to resolve IT-related issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
• Install and configure new workstation equipment and software.
• Assist in managing network infrastructure and security.
• Conduct regular backups and data recovery procedures.
• Document technical procedures and maintain an IT inventory.
• Train staff on proper software usage and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field

• 3+ years of experience in IT support
