We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Testing Specialist to ensure our software products meet rigorous quality standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to product release.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts across multiple projects to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze root cause of defects and identify solutions.
• Train and mentor junior QA staff on testing practices.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends in QA and apply best practices to improve processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Advanced certifications in QA or relevant fields are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in functional, regression, and integration testing
