Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to manage operations in our Pretoria facility. You will ensure that all healthcare services are delivered efficiently and effectively while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Perform audits on facility operations and processes.
• Drive initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Oversee supply chain and inventory management.
• Manage staff scheduling and workload distribution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management
• Master's degree in related field is preferred

• 5+ years of managerial experience in healthcare settings
