Job Description

We are seeking a talented Curriculum Developer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs. You will collaborate with educators and industry experts to create engaging content that meets the needs of diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Design educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Write instructional materials and resources that support curriculum goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum implementation and make recommendations.
• Advocate for innovative teaching strategies and practices.
• Coordinate with external organizations to enhance curriculum offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related discipline
• Master's degree in Educational Psychology is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in curriculum design and implementation

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Instructional Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with the South African curriculum framework: Knowledge of local educational policies and frameworks.
• Experience in teacher professional development: Skills in organizing workshops for educators.
