Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Research Associate to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various research initiatives, engaging in data collection, analysis, and reporting findings to advance our understanding in key areas.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive data analysis and verify the accuracy of findings.
• Facilitate workshops and information sessions to disseminate research results.
• Ensure all research activities align with funding requirements and timelines.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to foster innovative research.
• Monitor project progress and report any issues to the Lead Researcher.
• Contribute to publications in academic journals and other platforms.
• Evaluate the impact of research findings on the broader community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Research Methods, Sociology, or relevant field
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant research experience
