Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing hospital operations, coordinating patient care services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and support staff to enhance operational efficiency and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the administrative team and ensure adherence to operational policies.
  • Coordinate healthcare services and improve patient experiences.
  • Manage correspondence and provide timely updates to management.
  • Prepare reports on administrative performance and compliance audits.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory control for medical supplies and equipment.
  • Evaluate and improve administrative processes for efficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitate training sessions focusing on administrative protocols.
  • Support the execution of patient care initiatives and clinical trials.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in healthcare administration with leadership roles
