IT Support Technician

Job Description

We are in search of an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to our users. You will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring optimal performance of our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate when necessary.
• Keep inventory of IT equipment and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Assist with user account management and permissions.
• Provide feedback to management regarding IT performance and user satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a corporate environment

Certifications

• CompTIA A+
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

• English: Fluent
