Responsibilities
Daily cleaning of Garnett rooms to ensure a hygienic environment.
Changing and laundering bed linens efficiently.
Restocking guest supplies including toiletries in a timely manner.
Regular vacuuming and surface dusting as part of room maintenance.
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues immediately.
Providing assistance to guests regarding room amenities.
Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
Organising and managing cleaning supplies and storage effectively.
Helping with laundry duties such as washing and folding.
Working together with team members to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in hospitality industry preferred
Experience
