Job Description

A Garnett Room Worker plays a crucial role in the hospitality sector by maintaining and preparing Garnett rooms to ensure they are clean, organised, and comfortable for guests.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of Garnett rooms to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Changing and laundering bed linens efficiently.
• Restocking guest supplies including toiletries in a timely manner.
• Regular vacuuming and surface dusting as part of room maintenance.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues immediately.
• Providing assistance to guests regarding room amenities.
• Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
• Organising and managing cleaning supplies and storage effectively.
• Helping with laundry duties such as washing and folding.
• Working together with team members to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in hospitality industry preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
