Job Description

As a Cabin Services Agent, you will play a crucial role in our team to ensure the comfort and safety of our passengers. You'll be responsible for greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-flight checks and preparations to ensure cabin readiness.
  • Assist in coordinating passenger boarding efficiently and with care.
  • Communicate safety procedures clearly to passengers during the flight.
  • Respond to passenger inquiries and provide assistance during the flight.
  • Serve in-flight meals and beverages accurately and promptly.
  • Observe and report any safety concerns or irregularities to the cabin crew.
  • Regularly check lavatories and cabin areas for cleanliness.
  • Actively promote airline policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve service skills.
  • Support a harmonious team environment for the best passenger experience.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in hospitality or travel-related roles preferred
