Training Coordinator

Job Description

As a Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing, organizing, and executing training programs that align with our corporate objectives. The ideal candidate should have a passion for education and a knack for engaging diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and interactive training materials.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new employees through effective training.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Coordinate with external training providers to deliver specialized training.
• Implement and maintain feedback systems to ensure continuous improvement of training programs.
• Support the HR team in developing a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with training regulations and standards.
• Provide coaching and mentoring for staff when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in training and development or related field
