Job Description

The Academic Researcher will play a critical role in conducting qualitative and quantitative research projects, contributing to publications, and collaborating with academic peers to advance scholarly work in various fields. You will be expected to engage with community stakeholders and drive research initiatives that aim to address pressing societal issues.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct literature reviews to inform research direction.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative research methods effectively.
  • Organize workshops and seminars for knowledge exchange.
  • Adhere to ethical standards in conducting research.
  • Supervise research assistants and support staff.
  • Contribute to the institute's strategic planning and development initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in Social Sciences, Humanities, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant research experience
