Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs using CAD software and other design tools.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct research on building regulations and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents.
• Review and analyse design specifications to ensure quality standards.
• Oversee site construction ensuring adherence to planned designs.
• Gather feedback from clients and make necessary revisions to designs.

Advantageous

• Experience with zoning and building codes: Knowledge of local zoning laws and building standards.
• Familiarity with project management software: Experience with tools like MS Project or similar for managing project timelines.
