• Conduct quality control assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop tools and templates to streamline engineering workflows.
• Support the training of staff on new processes and tools.
• Prepare data for analysis of trends and performance metrics.
• Lead projects to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Perform risk assessments related to production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in an engineering role, with a focus on efficiency improvement
