Job Description

As a Social Worker at Community Services Inc., you will play a vital role in providing support and resources to individuals and families in need. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing counseling to help clients navigate challenges and improve their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement educational workshops focusing on life skills and personal development.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Conduct home visits to assess living conditions and provide direct support.
• Document all interactions and interventions accurately to facilitate reporting and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology
• Master's degree in Social Work preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience working in a social services environment
