We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Worker to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to assess their needs and provide support in various areas such as mental health, family dynamics, and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and provide crisis intervention as necessary.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals.
• Facilitate case conferences to coordinate care among service providers.
• Provide training and support to new social work interns and volunteers.
• Engage in community outreach to raise awareness of available social services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Master's degree in Social Work is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of practical experience in social work
