Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and guide various projects within our organization. The successful candidate will liaise with clients, lead project teams, and ensure the timely delivery of milestones while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure all aspects of the project are compatible.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and report on progress to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project changes and adapt plans as necessary.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Train and mentor project team members to enhance their skills.
• Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CAPM are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience managing projects

Certifications

• Scrum Master Certification
