Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Auditor in Cape Town. You will play a critical role in evaluating financial statements, ensuring compliance, and advising clients on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments and planning for audits.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and present findings to management.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the audit team to complete projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CA(SA) or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of auditing experience

• Financial Analysis

Certifications

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with SAP or similar accounting software: Hands-on experience with financial software to enhance efficiency.
• Knowledge of IFRS: Familiarity with the International Financial Reporting Standards.
