Job Description

As a Tax Specialist, you will navigate the complexities of taxation for our clients. This role includes providing tax planning and compliance services, ensuring all returns are accurate, and offering sound advice on tax-efficient strategies. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our clients' success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax audits and prepare supporting documents.
• Engage with SARS and facilitate dispute resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Review tax files and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize tax positions.
• Develop resources and materials to enhance client understanding of tax obligations.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Accounting or Taxation
• Post-graduate qualification in Taxation is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Tax Accounting

Certifications

• Professional Tax Certificates
• Registered Tax Practitioner (RTP) is a plus

Languages
