As a First-Line Supervisor of Construction Trades and Extraction Workers, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and comply with safety regulations. You will lead a team of skilled workers, assigning tasks, and providing mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of construction workers in the field.
• Oversee the setup and takedown of construction sites.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide regular progress reports to management.
• Facilitate communication between project managers and field staff.
• Participate in project planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of field work.
• Assist in conflict resolution among team members.
• Ensure timely completion of construction tasks within budget.
• Evaluate performance and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Certificate in Construction Management or similar

Experience

• 5+ years in construction site management with supervisory experience
