At Industrial Solutions Co., we’re seeking an innovative Industrial Engineer to elevate our operational capabilities in Pretoria. You will be tasked with the design, implementation, and improvement of our manufacturing processes. Your expertise in engineering principles and project management will enable you to work cross-departmentally to achieve our business goals in efficiency, sustainability, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis on production failures and implement corrective actions.
• Design and evaluate workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure material quality.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production effectiveness.
• Gather data for accurate forecasting and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• Professional Engineering Registration (Pr. Eng) preferred

Experience

• 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing processes and optimization

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Quality Assurance

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
