We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the medical team to ensure optimal patient health. Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient health information accurately.
• Perform skills and procedures with clinical judgment and care.
• Facilitate communication between patients and families.
• Guide and mentor junior nursing staff and students.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
• Respond to patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Participate in nursing audits and compliance checks.
• Train on new technologies and methodologies in healthcare.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of nursing experience preferred
