Looking for a proactive Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic Johannesburg team. This position involves developing mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet both local and international standards. The successful candidate will also engage with cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Work on the design and development of new products.
• Conduct feasibility studies and testing of prototypes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and performance regulations.
• Prepare technical documentation for designs and processes.
• Engage in cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate and select suppliers for manufactured components.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design
