Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Pet Groomer to join our vibrant team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for grooming various breeds of dogs and cats, providing excellent care, and ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough grooming for a variety of pet breeds, ensuring a high-quality finish.
• Identify skin and coat conditions during grooming sessions and recommend treatments.
• Train junior staff in grooming techniques and customer service.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote grooming services.
• Maintain safety protocols for handling all pets during grooming.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pet grooming certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in pet grooming or related animal care roles

• Pet CPR and First Aid Certification
