We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our technical team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT systems.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to IT support requests and provide resolution.
Assess and prioritize support tickets based on urgency.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
Ensure data protection and backup procedures are followed.
Assist with network and server administration.
Conduct user training and workshops on IT systems.
Prepare reports on support desk activity and service improvement.
Requirements
Education
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
3+ years of experience in technical support roles
