Job Description

Join us as a Clinical Research Associate. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations while working closely with clinical teams to facilitate the successful execution of our research projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of clinical trial protocols.
• Monitor the progress of clinical trials and report findings.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Assist in the design and development of clinical trial materials.
• Prepare study-specific training for site staff.
• Participate in the analysis of collected data and preparation of reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline trial operations.
• Engage in continuous improvement of clinical practices.
• Support the resolution of clinical trial issues as they arise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or related field
• Master's degree in Clinical Research is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical trial management
