Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of patients' physical and mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patients' progress regularly.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy methods.
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions in accordance with treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Allied Health or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
