Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse where you will be integral to the delivery of high-quality nursing care. You will assess patient needs, develop nursing care plans, and ensure effective communication with patients and their families. Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize patient care tasks efficiently.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to enhance patient safety.
  • Educate families on treatment plans and medication usage.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Assist with the training of junior nursing staff and interns.
  • Engage in community health initiatives as part of outreach programs.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of patients.
  • Monitor for changes in patient condition and report to physicians.
  • Participate in continuing education workshops and seminars.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Specialization in Critical Care is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
