Job Description

We are on the lookout for a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our Cape Town office. You will provide therapeutic services, conduct assessments, and develop personalized treatment strategies. This position demands a passion for mental health, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose psychological disorders and emotional issues.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to clients.
  • Collaborate with social workers, psychiatrists, and other professionals.
  • Create and evaluate treatment plans regularly.
  • Participate in clinical meetings to discuss client progress.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and education.
  • Act as a resource for mental health knowledge within the organization.
  • Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Doctoral level is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
