Job Description

As a Granulator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining granulation machinery to effectively process materials. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and quality of the production process.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor granulation machines to process materials efficiently.
• Adjust machine settings and parameters to achieve desired production outcomes.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on granulation machines.
• Manage raw material supply and disposal of processed materials.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure high standards of quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot any machine malfunctions or process inefficiencies.
• Maintain a clean work environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Record and maintain accurate production and maintenance logs.
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in operating granulation machinery or similar manufacturing equipment is preferred.
