Responsibilities

• Facilitate clinical study meetings to discuss ongoing projects and address challenges.
• Implement best practices for participant care and wellbeing during trials.
• Assist in preparing statistical analysis plans and data management protocols.
• Monitor data accuracy and integrity throughout the research phases.
• Engage with external stakeholders and collaborators as necessary.
• Manage study equipment, supplies, and budgetary considerations efficiently.
• Contribute to the development of educational materials for participant engagement.
• Maintain compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Lead training sessions for staff on clinical research processes and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline
• PhD in a relevant field may be advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a clinical research setting
