Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in compiling reports and financial models. You will analyze operational and transactional data to quantify performance and profitability. The successful candidate will partner with various departments to enhance overall financial efficiency within the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of profit margins and cost structures.
• Assist with the development of annual operating budgets.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
• Participate in financial reviews with upper management.
• Provide insights on risk assessments and financial strategies.
• Facilitate workshops to train staff on financial policies and tools.
• Monitor financial compliance and assess risks in financial strategies.
• Prepare commentary and analysis for various internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration
• An MBA is an added advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a financial analyst role

• Financial Reporting
• SAP or Oracle Financials

Certifications

• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
