• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Attend nursing meetings and contribute to policy development.

Requirements

Education

• Nursing diploma or degree
• Specialization in critical care is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience in a hospital environment

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
